SCHOOL VISITS

I will be happy to discuss my children’s books with students in Grades K-6 and middle school, using both small and large group instruction. I can tailor presentations to any grade level you’d like, including high school.

On the secondary level, I can provide programs that offer writing exercises and activities related to grammar/writing improvement.

I also make presentations for teachers’ in-service programs about bully prevention.

My presentation topics for children include, but are not limited to: Bully Prevention (audience participation with extemporaneous skits), Writing the Easy Way (includes in-class writing practice and discussion of what makes writing work), and Reading for Understanding (class participation after I read one of my books to the class).
